Tour the Rustandy Building
Sunshine pours in through massive windows towering above the Olson Atrium in the new Rustandy Building.
In a few short months, students from the Leeds School of Business and the College of Engineering and Applied Science will collaborate with each other, corporate partners, and the rest of campus in this space.
Imagine the buzz of activity as you emerge from the Caruso Connection that bridges the two schools. You may notice an interdisciplinary student team huddled around a table, preparing for a case competition. Nearby, a professor and graduate student discuss the latest research in sustainability over coffee and croissants. And as you enter the William M. White Business Library downstairs, you’ll see students reviewing case studies or reading the Wall Street Journal on their laptops.
Local and visiting business executives will drop by to engage with students in our new meeting spaces. And throughout the building, you’ll find student lounges, huddle rooms and interactive classrooms—all meant to support experiential learning.
Near the center of the building sits the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub—the new home of the Leeds Deming Center for Entrepreneurship. Here, in this collaborative working space,
students from across campus will experience the entrepreneurial mindset and move their ventures forward.
Within the Rustandy Building’s state-of-the-art spaces, a new, formidable community of thought leaders, industry experts and talented students will emerge—rife with the power to transform the future of business.
