Denver Film Events & Partnerships Intern

Classification: Seasonal

Part-time: Mid-June – End of August

Salary Range: $2,000

Location: Sie FilmCenter – 2510 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80206, and occasional remote work

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Denver Film Senior Manager of Events &   Partnerships and Senior Partnerships Manager

Overview:

Denver Film is seeking a part-time, seasonal Events & Partnerships Intern. This position will be responsible in assisting the Senior Manager of Events & Partnerships and the Senior Partnerships Manager with the implementation of sponsor activations and special events during summer 2023. Summer 2023 programs include, but are not limited to, Film on the Rocks, Black Pride Block Party, CinemaQ Film Festival, and Summer Scream. This position will assist onsite in coordinating event staff, catering, and overall run of show for special events, as well as assist in fulfilling sponsor contracts through onsite activations, pre-receptions, and otherwise. The Events & Partnerships Intern reports to the Senior Manager of Events & Partnerships and the Senior Partnerships Manager and works in collaboration with full-time and seasonal Denver Film staff.
