Surplus property disposal system to be out of service Jan 18–31

Facilities Management Property Services is responsible for administering the disposal of all surplus property for the Boulder campus. The system which we use to manage disposal requests is called AssetWorks. AssetWorks will be undergoing a system upgrade at the end of January and will be out of service from January 18 through January 31.

Please submit disposal requests and complete any pending transfers in the system on or before January 17, or if you can, wait until early February to submit new surplus property requests.

Transfers already in the system that have not been submitted (pending requests) will not migrate to the upgraded version of the software. Once the system upgrade happens, there will be a new entry screen for the Asset Works system. Shawna Stushnoff (303-492-6324) is available to help departments with the process of registering and creating disposal requests.
