As many important areas of our lives are actively reexamining what it means to live, work, and play, we will need to be prepared to manage the emotional experience that change brings about.聽Change may create a whirlwind of emotions ranging from fear of the unknown to excitement in anticipation of new possibilities. Although we cannot always control what happens in our lives, we can learn how聽way to cope and聽manage change.聽Join us to learn stress reduction and resiliency building techniques for managing transitions and significant change.
