Person of Interest Sought in Crime Committed on Sept. 4
The University of Colorado Boulder Police Department is looking for the public’s help to identify a person of interest in this past weekend’s unlawful sexual contact incident.
The crime occurred at approximately 7:50 a.m. on Sept.Ìý4, 2016, in the area of the pedestrian underpass at Broadway and College Avenue.ÌýThe victim reported that she was walking through the underpass when the suspect grabbed her in the buttock and thigh area.ÌýAfter the victim fought the suspect off, the suspect left westbound through the underpass.
The person of interest in this case is also suspected to be the person who was involved in a similar crime on campus on Jan.Ìý14, 2016.Ìý He has been described as:
White male
30-40 years old
Balding
AÌýreddish beard
​With three triangles tattooed on the outside of his left forearm
