As of Spring 2020, we've pushed back the deadline to submit a  to allow students more time to request grade replacement. The Spring 2020 deadline for 16-week classes is Friday, March 20; for special session deadlines, see the Spring 2020 Special Session Calendar. Students must enroll in the class before requesting grade replacement.

Our office cannot grant exceptions to posted deadlines. We appreciate your help advising students on their grade replacement options.

We also plan to remind students about grade replacement deadlines by running announcements in the student edition of CU Boulder Today and on the records & registration card in Buff Portal.
