Online Enrollment & Record Change Requests

When submitting drop and swap requests for the current semester, please note:

  • Drop-with-no-record requests (drops without a W grade) require college approval. Submit the request to the student's primary college using the special action/change of record spreadsheet.

  • Students can drop themselves from classes until the 10-week drop deadline (see the add & drop calendar), unless the class requires department consent for dropping. After the 10-week deadline, drop requests require college approval.

  • Section changes, drop backs and drop forwards should be submitted using the online special action form.
