Program Framework
The bulk of this opportunity is in the work that fellows will do during three intensive retreats throughout the year, and monthly informal cohort meetings and one-on-one professional coaching sessions. Successful candidates must commit to attending all three retreats in their entirety.
Please note:
- We recognize that some candidates may have family or dependent care needs; we will work with selected candidates to help accommodate these needs. We believe strongly that family situations should not be a barrier to joining.
- We plan to hold these retreats in-person. In the event that we can't be in person, we will hold them in a virtual format.
