Baked Swiss Chicken

Description of the dish: Baked chicken in a cream sauce with swiss cheese.

This recipe makes 6 servings.

Time to prep: 10 minutes

Time to cook: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg
  2. Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish
  3. In a small bowl, combine soup and wine; pour over chicken
  4. Top with cheese and sprinkle with croutons.
  5. Bake, uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.
