Free dance and martial arts classes.ÌýIf you’ve ever been curious about taking a dance or martial arts class, but aren’t ready to commit to paying the full fee, then try testing some classes out for free this week at The Rec Center. The Rec offers a huge variety of fun classes for students, so check out the schedule this week to see what looks interesting to you and go for a non-committal test class. .

Housing Fair.ÌýIf you’re looking for a place to live on or off campus next year, then you should consider swinging by the Housing Fair in the Glenn Miller Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., where many of your housing options will be conveniently located in a central location. There will be LOTS of people there to answer any and all questions and show you the options available to you! There is also pizza! .
Conference on World Affairs Athenaeum - Mike Giant lecture.ÌýJoin the Conference on World Affairs team in welcoming skateboarder, BMX rider and street artist extraordinaire Mike Giant in a free lecture to reflect upon his career and lessons learned. The event takes place in Humanities 150 at 6 p.m., and is open to adrenaline junkies, creative types, and all others.Ìý.

¶Ù¾±²¹±¹´Ç±ô´Ç.ÌýYou won’t want to miss this dramatically devilish and death-defying display of daring and daunting dance and design- that is, Diavolo. It is described by is creators as "architecture in motion," similar to Cirque du Soleil, featuring all sorts of large-size wheels, props and bowls. Macky auditorium hosts the event at 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $15. .
Pay your tuition.ÌýYour bill is available to view on MyCUInfo now, so break out your checkbook and make out your checks to CU-Boulder. People of a FeatherÌý²õ³¦°ù±ð±ð²Ô¾±²Ô²µ.ÌýHead up to the Chautauqua Community House, one of Boulder’s favorite venues, for the screening of People of a Feather, a film which follows the Inuit tribes of the Arctic and the eider duck through seven winters and the struggle with melting sea ice and changing ocean currents. The movie starts at 7:30 p.m. and finishes with a discussion by polar explorer Eric Larsen. Tickets are $12.Ìý.
CU Night at the Western Stock Show.ÌýStudents enjoy the discount price of $17 to attend the National Western Stock Show (4655 Humbolt St., Denver) where you can catch the Ralphie Run before the pro rodeo at 7:30 p.m. and rub elbows with your fellow cowboys and cowgirls. Obviously you had better wear you cowboy hat and boots! .
