In September 2018, CU Boulder Today announced the university's next comprehensive evaluation for reaffirmation of accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), scheduled for 2019-20. On Dec. 9–10, 2019, our campus will be visited by a team of peer reviewers sent by HLC to review the university’s continued compliance with HLC’s Criteria for Accreditation, and to provide recommendations on our continued work on institutional improvement.
At this visit, members of the visiting review team will conduct a series of open meetings with students, staff, and faculty to provide an opportunity for informal input from the campus community about their experiences with CU Boulder.
All are encouraged to attend. Students are encouraged to comment in particular on issues of academic rigor and consistency, availability of student support services, and other matters related to the quality of the educational experience.
