You're invited to the Diversity and Inclusion Summit Nov. 10
The 31st CU Boulder Diversity and Inclusion Summit will take place on Nov. 10 and feature all-virtual sessions focusing on the themes of inclusion, resilience and service.
The summit is meant to help attendees build awareness, create connections and acquire skills and tools to be part of the campuswide work of moving the community forward to a more inclusive space.
This semester's summit also includes a campus "one read" of the book So You Want to Talk 91ÖÆƬ³§ Race.
Sessions to Join on Nov. 10
- Cultivating Inclusion in the Classroom: Practices that Make a Difference 9 to 10:15 a.m.
- Anti-Asian Racism, COVID-19 and Anti-Racism Work 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
- Campus One Read Discussion, So You Want to Talk 91ÖÆƬ³§ Race 1 to 2:15 p.m.
- Heartwork: Finding Your Fire 6–7:15 p.m.
The summit is a free educational and community-building opportunity open to CU Boulder students, faculty, staff, campus affiliates and city of Boulder personnel. Questions about the summit may be directed to the Office of Diversity, Equity & Community Engagement.
