Wrap up 2024 with free events! This month brings Late Night Breakfast, de-stressing for finals, holiday fun, a non-violent rage room, DIY nights, therapy dogs and more.

 

  Dec. 6, 13, 20   1:30–3:30 p.m.   N320
Join the Pride Office every Friday to craft, create and "conversate!" Drop in anytime to decompress and enjoy some queer company. 

  Dec. 6   4–6 p.m.   UMC 330
Need a mini oasis during finals? Visit the CSI Resource Center to build your own custom Zen Garden to add a touch of calm and tranquility to your desk. Free supplies are provided, while supplies last. 

  Dec. 6   5–6 p.m.   Rec Center
The Rec offers Free Friday Power Hour each week as a preview of all the fitness classes it has to offer. No experience is required to join, and it’s free with your Buff OneCard.

Enjoy a potential mix of hip-hop, fusion forms and improvised offerings crafted by undergraduate and graduate dance students.

Feeling the finals pressure? Unwind with Health Promotion at our non-violent rage room. We'll also have DIY tote bags, free comfort food and other fun ways to recharge.

Need a cuddly friend to keep you company during study sessions? Stuff, fluff and dress your own stuffed animal friend at the Center for Student Involvement Resource Center! Free supplies are provided, while supplies last.

Busy with finals? Want to find a nice comfy place to study with live music? Visit the UMC North Dining area for jazz and cocoa—completely free for students. We will have live jazz music and hot cocoa for your study needs!

Join fellow Buffs for an end-of-semester embodied meditation and free-form movement class designed to help you process stress and cultivate joy and resilience. Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is necessary.

Join the CU Boulder Concert Band and Campus Orchestra for a wonderful night of music in Macky Auditorium!

Join this event for a slice of cake, hang out with other queer and trans folks and learn about resources on campus. Free and confidential health testing available.

BYOG is a social group for students who are transgender, nonbinary or gender-questioning. Come celebrate who you are with games, snacks and friends.

Take a break and join this event for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation!  There will be various stations designed to help you unwind, including painting and crafts, aromatherapy, a gratitude wall and more.

Relax, take a break and re-energize yourself before finals. Stop by for free food and activities at Late Night Breakfast. Open to all CU Boulder students with valid Buff OneCard—no meal plan required. Be sure to stop by the UMC Gaming Lounge for ! 

  Dec. 12   9–11 a.m.   The Grotto
Stop by The Grotto to fuel your brain and body with a free breakfast box filled with all your morning favorites to keep you full and focused. Gluten-free and vegan options are available. 

  Dec. 13–18   Rec Center
The Rec Center will host free activities and events for all Rec Center members during finals week, Dec. 13–18, including free fitness classes, free bouldering (noon–4 p.m.) and free skate rentals during Rec Skate. There are also quiet study spaces to help you finish strong.

Join Health Promotion for free hot coffee, tea and cocoa. Quiet study spaces and a meditation room are also available to use.

Enjoy a free massage, try out some stress-relief activities and fill a DIY tote bag with self-care goodies and some grand prizes!

This workshop is geared toward student employment assistance and updates. You'll learn how effective Handshake can be to land an on-campus job.
