Colorado Governor Jared Polis and first gentleman Marlon Reis, a CU alumnus, married in a ceremony held at CU Boulder's Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre on Sept. 15. The occasion represents the first same-sex marriage of a sitting governor, according to the Associated Press.

Colorado to honor its 4 Olympians at Sept. 18 football game

The University of Colorado will honor its four Olympians who competed on the cross country and track and field teams. The recognition will take place at Folsom Field during halftime in the game against Minnesota. The game is slated for an 11 a.m. start.

Enrollment bounces back in fall 2021

CU Boulder’s enrollment numbers bounced back this fall, according to new enrollment data published Wednesday. The campus’s fall census marked undergraduate enrollment at 29,511 students, a 1.8% increase from fall 2020.
