Support

Maintaining a recognizable brand identity takes effort from all of us, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you are using the Be Boulder. platform for the first time or are launching a highly visible marketing campaign, we’re here to help you expand the effectiveness of your efforts.

All CU Boulder units are encouraged to submit marketing campaign materials for brand and messaging review before the campaign has been finalized, but not all of the communications your unit generates will need to be reviewed. Below are the three situations in which we would like to provide input about your efforts.

  1. You are using the Be Boulder platform for the first time.
  2. You are launching a highly visible communications effort with broad distribution (e.g., a magazine, an ad campaign, a new website, etc.).
  3. You are changing concept/direction in your communication (new visuals/new theme, etc.).

Contact us with questions about creating artwork, merchandising and training your team on our brand identity and we’ll respond to your submission in 2-4 business days.Ěý

Strategic Relations and Communications is honored to host CU Boulder’s Communicator’s Conference each year. The conference—typically hosted in the summer—offers campus communicators a space to connect with colleagues, discuss communications updates and share professional development opportunities. If you hold a communication or marketing role at CU Boulder and would like to be notified about the date of the annual conference, please contact Julie Kraft.

The Senior Communicators Working Group has representation from across CU Boulder’s major units, with the goal of alignment toward an enhanced campuswide marketing and communications approach. The working group includes campus senior leadership, representatives from various campus units, and CU systemwide partners and subject matter experts. If you hold a senior communication or marketing role at CU Boulder and would like to join the monthly working group with your peers, please contact Karrie Pitzer.Ěý
