- CU Boulder recently launched a new grade replacement policy, which began with Fall 2019 course registration. Under this policy, degree-seeking undergraduate and graduate students may retake a course in which they earned a low grade in an attempt to
- CU Boulder now offers NameCoach, a tool that allows campus community members to record the preferred pronunciation of their name.
- Starting in Fall 2019, staff who process late adds for COF-eligible coursework will automatically receive a COF late add Qualtrics survey via email.

- Batch preregistration for new freshmen, drop/add access for fall semester, and reserve capacities.
- Fall registration closed on Friday, June 14, for new transfers and summer-to-fall students (reopens July 8–Aug. 21), and continuing students and readmitted undergrads (reopens Aug. 12–16).
- Beginning July 1, 2019, students newly admitted to bachelor's/master's programs at CU Boulder will follow the new Bachelor's–Accelerated Master's (BAM) degree program structure.
