Recreation Services is offering a number of ways for students to stay healthy and engaged during these unique and trying times. From the comfort of your home, join us in positive intention meditation, live or pre-recorded fitness classes, or even just a short stretch break to keep yourself moving throughout the day!

If your schedule doesn't line up with one of our upcoming live fitness classes, you can still stay in shape with Recreation Services! Below are some featured classes from our library you can follow along with from home.
Meditation is a great thing to include in your day. Break up the monotony and refocus with positivity and mindfulness using meditations and thoughtful quotes from our meditation library.
Hit pause to join us for a physical and mental break. This 5-10 minute session will help you to focus on stretching, breathing and feeling refreshed.
Our certified instructor, Isabella, has crafted both beginner and advanced level running workouts to help you prep for any 10k. Each week, we will post a new workout on our site moving you along in your training as well as providing you with tracking cards for motivation along the way.
Fitness Court has made their indoor workout routines available online. The indoor routines were designed to replicate an outdoor Fitness Court workout as closely as possible. All you'll need is some floor space, your own bodyweight and 7 minutes.
